Before we get your hopes up too much, you won't find any technical documentation here. What you will find are the top resources, paid for and free.
The first way I search for a service manual is by googling the model number + service manual. Sometimes that yields positive results, other times it doesn't.
ManualsLib.com has proven to be a valuable asset when hunting down service manuals and tech documents. While not always yielding positive results, I've found a great many documents through this service.
Looking for Samsung service docs? While Appliance Parts Company does not have an exhaustive list, they do have quite a few.
Cost: $297/yr
The value far outweighs the cost. Worth every penny. You will gain access to countless technical documents, and forums dedicated to helping others. This site is expensive, but you're not dealing with ads, or responding to posts from people who don't know what they're talking about since this service requires proof of industry involvement.
Needless to say, the Service Alliance Group is yet again another invaluable resource. It's impossible to sum it up with a few short statements, but they do have a robust service document library.
It is also worth mentioning that they partnered with appliancetechmanuals.com, and that site directs appliance professionals to the Service Alliance Group website. From appliancetechmanuals.com: " If you are an appliance repair business or professional technician, please visit https://servicealliancegroup.com for our new tech manuals library and support packages that are better suited to your professional needs. "
Whirlpool Service Matters is one of the companies offering subscriptions to their technical documentation. This includes: Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, JennAir, Hotpoint, and Amana.
